The property is in an extremely quiet and rural location, but only 100 yards from the beautiful west coast beach of Cobo.
Ten minutes to the shops (including supermarket, Post Office, bank, chemist, fish and chip shop, garage, restaurants etc.). There is also a wind surfing school on Cobo beach.
 
Each apartment accommodates four people, both apartments contain lounge, fully equipped kitchen/diner, bathroom and toilet and two double bedrooms.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, also outside drying facilities are available on site. A telephone is available.
The apartments have a patio area with, picnic tables and ample parking.
