Crail Museum and Heritage Centre, 62-64 Marketgate, Crail, Fife,
KY10 3TL. Tel: 01333 450 869. Crail Museum and Heritage Centre,
which also houses the Tourist Information Centre, was opened
in 1979 in a renovated house at 62 Marketgate. A small local
history museum providing an insight into the past life of this
ancient Royal Burgh, its Kirk, seafaring tradition, 200 year
old golf club and airfield history from 1918 to 1960. Location:

The Scottish Fisheries
Museum, St Ayles, Harbourhead, Anstruther, Fife KY10 3AB. Tel:
01333 310628. The museum is situated on the harbour front in
Anstruther and tells the story of fishing in Scotland and its
people from earliest times to the present. It occupies 27,000sq
ft including two A listed buildings a 1724
Merchant house and a 16thC Abbot's lodging. There is now a covered
boatyard and the latest gallery houses a 78 ft Zulu

Kellie Castle & Garden, Pittenweem, Fife, KY10 2RF. Tel 01333
720271. Kellie Castle was completed around 1606, once home to
the Earls of Kellie and was restored by the Lorimer family in
1878. The oldest tower, dating back to 1360, is said to be haunted.
Since 1970 Kellie Castle has been in the care of the National
Trust for Scotland. About 6 miles southwest of Crail.

310301. Walk down the 150m entrance tunnel, through the hermetically
sealed 3 ton blast proof doors into an environment which reveals
