423302. The Seven Sisters Sheep Centre has one of the largest
collections of sheep in the world with over 40 different breeds
of sheep. Don't forget to visit the farm especially at lambing
time (in March - April) and in summer to see the sheep being
milked. Other young farm animals including pigs, goats, rabbits

Pevensey Castle. Pevensey off A259, East Sussex - BN24 5LE. Tel:
01323 762604. Pevensey Castle has a history stretching back over
sixteen centuries. An exhibition with artefacts found on-site
and an audio tour tell the story of the castle. Toilets. Castle
Cottage Tea Room. Inner and outer bailey accessible to wheelchair
users. Wheelchair users must retrace their steps to avoid exit

Tel: 01323 487838. fifteenth-century Wealden hall-house include
a 1907 Corbin 'Vanderbilt Cup' racer, Sir Malcolm Campbell's
'Bluebird' speedboat, Alfa Romeos and Bugattis. Toilets, Parking,
Cafe, Souvenir shop, Access for the disabled. The museum also
has a number of aeronautical exhibits. Location: On the outskirts

Alfriston Clergy House, The Tye, Alfriston, Polegate, East Sussex

garden. First building purchased by the National Trust in 1896,
for £10. Fine medieval hall with a chalk and sour milk

The South Downs Way, over
100 miles long, passes through the beautiful countryside between
Winchester and Eastbourne. The trail is very popular with walkers,
cyclists, and horse riders. Passes through Eastbourne & Winchester.

(3), Lewes (4), Portsmouth (12), Alton (15), Brighton (7), Worthing
(4).
