is the third longest single span suspension bridge in the world,
25 years after it was built. This beautiful structure provides
a practical link between the North and South banks of the Humber.
Since its completion in 1981 it has had more than 100 million

Beverley Minster is regarded
as the most impressive church in England that is not a cathedral.
Its splendid Perpendicular twin towers of the west front are
visible for miles across the wolds as you approach Beverley.
There is much to see inside, including the tomb of Lady Eleanor
Percy, dating from around 1340 and covered with a richly-decorated
canopy, regarded as one of the best surviving examples of Gothic
