Rates are the same throughout the year as London is very much
an all year round destination. pppn - is the daily rate when
guests do not stay for a full seven days and means per person
per night. A cot is available with linen at an extra cost of
£20 per week – suitable for a child up to two years.
Rentals are not subject to VAT. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Free parking is available outside the apartment and there is
also a garage.
Extra guests above FOUR are charged at £7 per person per
night.
There are no extras and the rental is inclusive of linens, towels
and weekly servicing, electricity, water and local taxes. Your
only extra expense would be phone calls - guests can be provided
with a copy of the account after departure.
