The property is situated about 10 -12 minutes walk north of Ealing Broadway Station (District and Central Underground Lines and Mainline trains). The Hanger Lane Gyratory System is close-by and gives easy road access to the M1, M40 and M25.
The apartment is in a wealthy residential area.
A short stride away is a bus stop with E2 & E9 Services to the Broadway.
 
The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with two single beds, a re-designed bathroom has been installed in Spring 2002 to include a bath with electric shower.
 
 The lounge looks over the communal gardens and has a sofa and matching sofa bed and a dining table for six.
The large bedroom is decorated in yellow and blue and the smaller one in shades of pink.

The whole of the apartment has been totally rewired and freshly decorated throughout in attractive colour schemes.
New carpets have been laid, plus new curtains and furniture, all to a high and tasteful standard.
 
The apartment comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans and utensils, bedlinen and towels.
The apartment is serviced on a weekly basis when bedlinens and towels are changed.

The centre of London is only about 25 minutes away by Tube - 12 stops on the Central Line to Oxford Circus. London is then yours to explore at leisure, with all its Galleries, Theatres, shops and tourist attractions.
 
An enormous variety of restaurants, bars and cafes can all be found within easy walking distance.

Rates are the same throughout the year as London is very much an all year round destination. pppn - is the daily rate when guests do not stay for a full seven days and means per person per night. A cot is available with linen at an extra cost of £20 per week – suitable for a child up to two years. Rentals are not subject to VAT. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Free parking is available outside the apartment and there is also a garage.
Extra guests above FOUR are charged at £7 per person per night.
 
There are no extras and the rental is inclusive of linens, towels and weekly servicing, gas, electricity, water and local taxes.
Your only extra expense would be phone calls on the coin operated phone.
