Royal Horticultural Society - RHS Garden Wisley (RHS) Garden

in 1993. Nearly 40 years of work has brought it from a windswept
hill with just six mature trees, to the present day Garden of

building of 1906. Planetarium, Southend Museum - A chance to
explore the night sky. Discovery Centre, Southend Museum Opened
in 2000, the Discovery Centre is full of 'hands-on' activities

Southend Pier. At over
a mile long, Southend Pier was originaly opened was back in 1830,
and in 1890 the first electric trains started running the length
of the pier. Today the future of the pier is unclear. Location:
