St Andrews Cathedral & St Rule's Tower, The Pends, South

the remains of the largest cathedral in Scotland, with particularly
well preserved precinct walls. The Cathedral Museum houses an
outstanding collection of Early Christian and medieval monuments
and other relics found on the site. St Rule's Tower, in the precinct,
is part of the first church of the Augustinian canons at St Andrews
built in the early 12th century. There are magnificent views
from the top of the square tower. Location: In the centre of

shrubs and trees are grown here. Some are native to Scotland

entrance tunnel, through the hermetically sealed 3 ton blast
proof doors into an environment which reveals one of the darkest
