Tattershall's famous local resident was Tom Thumb, who was just
47 cm tall and died in 1620, aged 101. His tiny house can be
seen on the roof of another, larger house in the village.

There is a well kept 15th century buttercross standing in the
Market Place, no markets are now held but the Market Place is
still surrounded by shops.
