The Walter Rothschild Zoological Museum, Akeman Street, Tring,

site and has extensive facilities including a café, a
gift shop, a discovery room, two outdoor picnic areas and free
car parking. The Zoological Museum has been part of the Natural
History Museum since 1937. Location: About 4 miles east of Wendover.
The Grand Union Canal
passes to the north of Wendover on its way from London to Birmingham.
Tring reservoirs at Wilstone, Tringford, Startops End and Marsworth
supply water for the Grand Union Canal and are also a haven for
wildlife. They have been a national nature reserve since 1955.

Berkhamsted Castle. The castle was abandoned in 1495 and fell
into ruin. Location: In Berkhamsted, next to railway station
